We want your Aquadan.co order to arrive safely and with clear tracking information.

Order Processing

Most U.S. orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. International orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. During holidays, seasonal sales, or high-volume promotional periods, processing may take longer.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Delivery time after shipment depends on the carrier, destination, weather, customs, and other factors outside our control.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout. Orders may be shipped through USPS or other available carriers.

When your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking can sometimes take 1–3 business days after shipment to begin showing movement in the carrier's system.

International Orders

International delivery times may vary. Customs, duties, taxes, or import fees may be assessed by the destination country or carrier. When these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make changes before fulfillment begins, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Payment & Order Verification

For security and fraud prevention, Aquadan.co may contact you to verify order or payment information before shipment. Verification may delay processing in some cases. We do not require every credit-card order to ship only to the billing address.
